Reunion  

The God that I serve is perfect and he sets things in order. Just over two years ago I reconnected with my Dad who I didn't have a relationship with. I had to forgive him of his past mistakes and move on with what we have now. I didn't know God was going to give me the opportunity to spend time with him and his family for Christmas 2017. I got to connect with my brothers  his wife and other relatives on his side of the family. It was overwhelming and fulfilling at he same time. God not only made me had that experience but he used me in a mighty way where demons were cast out from individuals, miracles took place and prayers were being answered. It was not a light task but it was all for the glory of God. I thank him for what he had done through me last year and what he's  going to do this year in Jesus name. I'm the vessel he's  using because I allow my vessel to be used. Thank you Jesus! 

 Saving myself for marriage: 

The bible states in Hebrews 13:4 Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.  I believe that saving yourself for marriage is fulfilling the purpose of God within your marriage covenant. We live in a world where sex is glorified and if you're not having it and having lots of it you're considered to be lame or an outcast. I say that we need to bring glorification for purity back again into our society that has lost their morals, values and self respect. We can only achieve this by having each individual who is not married  say no to sex before marriage.  A change is needed if we are to bring back the core morals and values into our marriage covenant. It only starts with you and the ability so say No with the help of God. It's possible to achieve this goal only with Jesus as our strength, guide and Savior. So it doesn't matter your stance at this point of time, you can bring a change right now to fulfill your God given covenant for your marriage by  standing  with me males and females to say NO SEX BEFORE MARRIAGE WITH THE HELP OF JESUS CHRIST.   IF you agree and will participate to bring about this change tag at least one non married friend, comment, and share.  Thank you for reading and God bless you. Hair Growth 

Healthy eating Aided my hair health which promoted growth! I also started using more natural brands of shampoos, conditioners and hair oils/grease. I've 

realized from past mistakes, that my hair likes products that are natural/organic. Go figure! Even my hair was screaming at me to get my attention! Bottom line, your hair loves to eat healthy too!

 New Year Resoulution 

This New year I pray that God will expand your horizon and move you closer to your destiny ! This is the time we have to seek God more and join together in unity to uplift our brothers and sisters who needs the encouragement! With God all things are possible and he'll give us the strength to persevere! We are not looking for better, we are looking for the best because in Christ all things he gives are the best! Let us love our neighbors as we love ourselves. Our neighbor might be our enemy, someone with a different faith or speak a different language that doesn't give us the right to judge or condemn them. Jesus didn't come to condemn but to save the world. John 3:17. God is love, hope, peace , grace, mercy, joy and so much more! When we seek him we will attain all the above attributes to do our fathers work so that man will know it's him and praise his Holy name ! Let's not just make resolutions but ask God to give us the grace to fulfill all resolutions according to his will in our lives. Our ministry should be based on our love for God and that love will over flow to people. Keep your faith alive and whatever God says it's already done in Jesus name! Don't be afraid to step out into the unknown it's proving to God that we are putting our faith into action and that's the only way we can please Him!  Feeding Your Temple 

As a kid my eating habits were not so much on the healthy side. I've eaten McDonalds, Wendy's, BurgerKing, KFC etc... I've also eaten a lot of West Indian soul foul food. Not to bash anyone who is still eating any of the above foods. They do taste good! yum! But in the long run, what was I doing to my mind and body? Back then, I didn't know any better plus the food tasted good! When I'd entered my mid twenties, I started to learn about my health and how to take better care of myself. However, the transformation happened in my late twenties. I started Juicing! Yes fruits and vegetables! I remembered when I were fasting on fruits and vegetables, how great my body felt but as soon as I went back to eating my junk food, I would feel like junk! Go figure ! Overall, you are what you eat! If I eat healthy foods, mostly likely I'll be healthy! If I eat the word of God, mostly likely I'll be strong and equipped to fight any attacks that may come my way! The question I leave with you is what are you putting in your body?

Hello there! Hope your day was as blessed as mine! 

Hmmm... I'm now settling down after a productive day of work. Can you guess what's one of my favorite things to 
do before I settle in bed for the night? Ok, give up? It's drinking a cup of hot tea! The tea I'm talking about is not milo, ovaltine, or Lipton. It is green Tea! And Herbal tea! 
BENEFITS OF ORGANIC GREEN TEA 
Green tea can thin blood and prevent the formation of blood clots. This in turn, can prove immensely helpful for improving blood circulation and reducing the risk for stroke. Blood clots formed within the arteries is one of the main risk factors for heart attacks and stroke.

True Happiness

Happiness starts with you! Don't wait for Money, Fame, Love, or Marriage to make you Happy. When you initiate it, it will find its way to you. With or without those things in your life should not determine your measure of happiness! Jesus is my Happiness! He gives me joy unspeakable Joy! Full of Glory! I am Happy!!!!

 God Is Good To Me 

Sometimes I sit and think about how good God has been to me. Many times I could have been dead and yet he saved me. He could have turned his back on me when I was deep in sin and yet he died for me. Resurrection Sunday is more than just dressing up andwalking into a church door to hear a choir sing and some good preaching. It's life! The life of every man woman and child and that's why Jesus died! No grave can hold him down! Matter of fact he conquered the grave and is now seated on the right handside of our Father (God). For that I'm grateful and truly blessed and I just want to say Happy Resurrection in Jesus Christ to all! 

 Refiner's Fire 

You will not look like what you are going through! I've faced tough times to the point where I wasn't working and I had to live off my savings with no money to spare yet when people saw me they would say, I looked like a million dollars. What? What kind of vision do they have? You see God will never make you look like what you are experiencing because he is taking you through the fire to pull out all the imperfections so when you come out, you'll look more like him. When gold is being processed, it's in the fire but you can't see what's happening in the fire, all the impurities is being burnt off! When it's pull out from the fire all you see is the glow of flame burning around it. Its being purified! But it's through the hard times my character was built, my patience was tested, my faith was strengthen. If I had not been through those difficult periods in life I would not have known the God I serve on a personal level. I can BOLDLY say he's my protector, my provider, my way maker, my strength, my deliverer, my peace giver, my healer, my beginning and my end! 

Job 23:10   But he knows the way that I take: when he has tested me, I shall come forth as gold.

God Is Faithful 

Have you ever been faithful in any given situation, relationships, or even to yourself? I can say I have in some, but not so much in others such as saying I'll comit to not repeating that sin again. I do great one week, one month, six months and opps there I go again! Well, the God I serve, is not like me, Thank God! He's faithful in everything he does. Even when I was fighting my spirtual battles, he stayed faithful! He told me I would win the victory, and I did! He's faithful! When I was been overlooked on my job, he was faithful to me! When my ex boyfriends wasn't being faithful to me, God was! I know I'm not all the way where I wan't to be as yet, but because of God faithfulness to me, I'll get there. 
1 Corinthians 1:9 God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.
